Bruce is a native of Prairie View, Texas, and is a proven leader with decades of experience including military service, corporate strategy, academia, and public service. He has led large teams, managed complex operations and overseen corporate budgets. Bruce brings strategic planning expertise, vision, and the commitment needed to improve wastewater systems, drinking water, enhance roads, and build strong relationships with Prairie View A&M University.
